Topping for Coconut Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 peaches peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put the butter and coconut sugar into a small skillet over medium heat stirring until the butter has melted.
  2. Add in the peaches, cinnamon and nutmeg and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve over creamy baked rice pudding.
